i didn't know her then but i can vouch that she still emotes with the same intensity
when i first met her she was a fledgling stand up comedian and i've since watched her humor grow (darker, with the occasional fart joke)
i figured i'd ask her to define what comedy means to her ...for the blog, obviously (ethos, ahem)
when she answered, i realized this photo couldn't be more fitting
you can just make out the tiny prophetic bunny companion in her lap,
and her answer, delivered with the utmost solemnity, drum roll please:
"it's like you're in the middle of the desert and you know you're going to fucking die..."
um?
"and then suddenly, a tiny bunny appears with a bucket of water and says 'HI, er, you can drink this if you want and like, live... for a bit'"
